This model is ideal for a Project which have elaborate and sufficient details for each stages of execution and have unambiguous documented specifications. These projects typically leave little scope for changes and additions during the project execution. This model can easily be adopted for well understood solutions with relatively low to medium levels of complexity.

The client & «Binom Soft» will enter to in an agreement that covers project requirements, application design, testing, support period, change management, communication protocols, milestones, timelines and commercial details. The project is executed as per the agreement. For any changes in a project there is a standard change request procedure that is followed.
This Business Model is based on resource utilization during the project time span. This model can be used when project specification either has insufficient level of detail or doesn’t exist, development processes and deadlines are not yet clear, documentation is unavailable or incomplete. Large scale and complex projects are best executed using this approach.The effort estimation for all the elements for all stages at the beginning of the project is usually complex. The implementation of each element is embarked upon with a provision for change management and assumption updates. The Client & «Binom Soft» prioritize and define scope for each element.
The effort is charged on a pre-agreed rate (hourly, weekly, monthly) based on the quality of resource engaged. This process is repeated for each of the elements until the solution is delivered in its entirety.
A Dedicated Team is suitable for those clients who are looking for cost effective resource solutions and would also like to have full control over development team. Working under this model, «Binom Soft» will reserve infrastructure and resources exclusively for the customer for a predefined time frame whereby the client will have total access, control and transparency over the team to fulfill their software development needs & different IT processes. The team will follow client’s practices and methodologies and work closely with them using specified technologies for software development. It’s fairly because of having substantial cost savings, smooth project execution and business risk elimination.
Very often it becomes necessary to undertake a major portion of a project on a Fixed Price basis and at the same time deploy resources on a Time and Materials Pricing basis. We call this the hybrid model. This model is used when client wishes to work on fixed price model and when the project scope is not detailed enough to enable us to estimate the effort with accuracy.
