In new version 5.3.36 of CRAFT ERP system the new module appeared - "SPA-saloon". This solution allows to automate the business processes of SPA-centers, Welness centers and Beauty studios. The solution can be used together with the CRAFT-Trade module, which allows to keep records on materials and goods on the warehouse, consider the consumption of materials during provisioning of services. This module is also tightly integrates with CRAFT-Fitness, which may help to extend the assortment of services of fitness-venters.
Main features of SPA-saloon module:
- Clients search and registration at the reception
- Creating cheques for service-packs, correction of cheques
- Payment (incl. partial) of cheques of service-packs (cash, plastic card)
- Money back to client for already paied cheques
- The discount system (bonuses, discount cards, sertificates)
- Maintaining the balance of settlements with customers (taking into account bonuses and discount cards)
- Making groups of services in nomenclature list to form the service packs
- Conducting full trading account (forming material kits, write-off of materials cost, warehouse inventory)
- Using single database for several SPA-saloons via common enterprise network
- Analytical reports: by revenue in any period; by services, by goods and materials, by sertificates and subscriptions; by clients and services sale for each employee; by everage values (everage cheque etc.)
