Binom Soft completed development and implementation of a document workflow system for a Department of nature-resource regulation of YANAO. The system (IMS GosOhotReestr) is based on CRAFT application development platform and provides full set of services to support business processes in Department in control, management, granting permissions for hunting, registering contracts with external organizations, automated reporting. The system allows to form the common information space for effective data acquisition, exchange and processsing on every management level:
- Regional ministries (in federal subjects);
- regional branches;
- external organizations.
IMS GosOhotReestr is developed in accordance with working federal laws and statutory acts of Russian Federation. CRAFT platform has flexible configuration management that allows to quickly customize the IMS if any changes occure in legal system.
